This change has been made in response to Council Resolution 2(d)(ii)
This change affects the Eastern side of the Creekside Area, except for the sites at the corner of Bardia Street and Liberty Parade, Heidelberg West.
The new height limit is proposed to apply through Schedule 9 to the Residential Growth Zone (RGZ9). Other design guidance is proposed to apply through Schedule 17 to the Design and Development Overlay (DDO17)
