This change has been made in response to Council Resolution 2(d)(iv)
This change affects properties in the southern side of Ramu Reserve and Buna Street Reserve.
These properties will be removed from the Local Park Interface Area, and included in the Hinterland Area.
They retain their existing zoning - Schedule 1 to the General Residential Zone (GRZ1), which has a three storey height limit.
