This change has been made in response to Council Resolution 2(d)(i)
These changes affect properties along Malahang Parade and Coral Street, Heidelberg West. These properties are now included in the Local Park Interface Area, as they adjoin Malahang Reserve.
The new height limit is proposed to apply through Schedule 8 to the Residential Growth Zone (RGZ8). Other design guidance is proposed to apply through Schedule 16 to the Design and Development Overlay (DDO16).
