This change has been made in response to Council Resolution 2(d)(iii)
This change affects properties on the south eastern side of Waterdale Road, between Altona Street and Bell Street.
The new height limit is proposed to apply through Schedule 8 to the Residential Growth Zone (RGZ8). Other design guidance is proposed to apply through Schedule 14 to the Design and Development Overlay (DDO14)
