Project Update February 2022

We have received an application for Development Plan Approval in accordance with Schedule 8 of the Development Plan Overlay (Clause 43.04 of the Banyule Planning Scheme).

The Development Plan seeks approval for the following:

  • Buildings ranging in height from 3 – 6 storeys
  • A maximum of 390 dwellings comprised of a mix of apartments, lofts and townhouses
  • A maximum of two retail premises

  • Public notification will commence Friday 18 February 2022 and run for a period of 14 days.

    The Development Plan and related documents will be available to view online from 18 February 2022 and submissions can be made during this period.

    An online public information session will be held 22 February 2022 from 5.30pm - 7pm. Please contact Council’s Development Planning team on 9490 4222 or enquiries@banyule.vic.gov.au if you wish to attend this session and a link will be provided.

    Following the conclusion of the public notification period, the Development Plan is scheduled to be determined at the 21 March 2022 Council Meeting.
