Thank you for taking part in the consultation and providing your feedback. We used your feedback to finalise the designs for the Milne Place Reserve playground.

Milne Place Reserve is located in North Eltham off Weidlich Road and is bordered by Glen Katherine Primary School and St Helena secondary College to the east. Native trees surrounds an open lawn area, popular for kite flying, football and dog exercise and the area has distant treetop views from the higher area of the reserve.

The existing playground has served the community for over 15 years and is to the eastern edge of the reserve below the athletics track of St Helena College. The planned works include a re-designed play area with improved play equipment and seating overlooking the play area. The location of the playground will remain the same but we will be providing a range of new equipment catering to a range of ages and abilities.

We would like to continue to provide a high quality playground experience in this location for many years to come. The new playground will capitalise on the sites close proximity to adjacent schools and will provide a link between the new playground and the existing path. The playground area will be reshaped and landscaped and a dedicated seating area created adjacent to the playground.
