About the space

Poulter Reserve is located in Greensborough and is bordered by the Plenty River to the north/east and Poulter Road and train line to the south west. It is a popular park for dog walking and training and features substantial native tree planting surrounding a sports oval. The existing playground which has served the community for over 10 years, sits to the north edge off Pope Place, with proposed works including a re-designed play area with improved play equipment and seating catering to all age groups.

We want to continue to provide a high quality playground experience in this locaton for many years to come. The proposal will capitalise on the sites close proximity to the Plenty River Trail and will reinforce the bushland character of the area. The playground area will be reshaped and landscaped and a dedicated seating area created adjacent to the playground.
