Community Engagement

Thank you to everyone who gave feedback on the new Rosanna Library over the last few months. We held a range of public information and engagement activities, individual stakeholder meetings, a mailout to over 8247 properties, a social media campaign and online and hardcopy surveys seeking feedback on the project. While some people did express concerns about the partnership approach and sale of public land, most of the feedback towards the project was very supportive and the community welcomed plans for an exciting new library.

What’s next?

A report will be presented at the 19 July Council Meeting, with detailed findings from the community consultation and recommendations for the project, including information about the sale of land process. The report will be available on Council’s corporate webpage from 15 July.
