In March 2017 a survey was prepared and open for submissions as an opportunity to gather your views on the cleansing and street sweeping service we provide.

The survey closed 31 March 2017.

Broad findings

• Performance ratings of the survey was mixed from “Very Good” to “Very Poor”.
• Cleansing services deemed of high importance were toilet cleaning and dumped rubbish.
• Half of the respondents had contacted us, and half of these were not happy with the results.
• Respondents noted they 'don't see the sweeper' and/or identified specific areas/addresses need attention.

Although only a limited number of responses were received, providing anecdotal rather than representative feedback, the data gathered is valuable. This approach could be considered a pilot for implementing a survey with a wider reach (eg. phone, online, in person) to ensure a representative range of views are received.
