Stage 1 of the Heidelberg Structure Plan review is now complete.

We explored the physical, economic and social changes that have taken place since the current Heidelberg Structure Plan was first adopted in 2007. We now have a clearer picture of how we can best respond to the various challenges and opportunities (including COVID-19), to reimagine and deliver, through a new Structure Plan, a more vibrant, prosperous and connected future for the community.

The outcomes have been captured in a Key Directions paper. This is an important link between the findings of the technical background work and community surveys, and the intended Structure Plan framework, objectives and priorities.
