The Local Law aims to ensure safety and amenity for all people who live, work and visit Banyule. It regulates things such as overhanging vegetation, footpath trading and the protection of Council assets.
The new Local Law includes enhanced controls around construction sites, behaviour on Council land and impacts on neighbourhood amenity.
