East Precinct site recommendations

Yallambie Park, 2A Moola Close, Yallambie

This site currently offers drinking water, a playground and a half-court. The site is directly connected to the Plenty River Trail, is walking distance from the nearby school, has good natural surveillance from surroundings and offers car parking. Overall, this is a great site to implement active play for pre-teens and early teens. Scooter loops, pump tracks and more challenging play equipment would be beneficial.

Price Park, 55 Meyrick Crescent, Viewbank

This site has great potential to become an even better play space for local preteens/early teens and as an inter-generational play space. Social play, scooter loops, adventure play and climbing walls are good potential additions for future development.
