Glendale Reserve, 21 Dale Avenue, Eltham North

The site provides an existing playground and picnic area, and the whole park is highly visible from all directions. It offers opportunities for adventure and challenging play, multi-purpose ball sports and hangout and social spaces.

Montmorency Park, 93 Para Road, Montmorency

This site has access to a range of existing amenities and public transport, and has great potential to provide even better play benefits for local teens and young adults. A bike jump facility, skateable elements, parkour and hangout and social space would be beneficial.

Pocket Park, 1/16 Were Street, Montmorency

This pocket park is another incidental urban space that could provide valuable play opportunities for young people and the community. Social play and art and musical play elements could be considered for future youth facilities.
